  • When are sessions available?
    Sessions are currently being offered every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3PM and 9PM, in Columbus OH. These sessions will occur through the end of February.
  • How are the sessions structured?
    Each session is tailored to the athletes attending. We cover fundamental skills, advanced techniques, and situational training, emphasizing areas like shooting, dodging, footwork, defensive schemes, positioning, reaction time, and mental focus. Each session builds on high-level lacrosse techniques.
  • How do I book a training session?
    Booking is easy! Fill out our training inquiry and we’ll guide you on availability and help with the booking process. Have a group you'd like to form? We have a custom group booking form available as well.
  • Can I book a session for my team or group of friends?
    Yes! We welcome team and group bookings. Our custom booking form allows you to specify your group’s details so we can tailor the session to your goals and skill levels.
  • What should I bring to my training session?
    Bring your lacrosse gear, including your helmet, gloves, stick, and any protective equipment you normally use. Don’t forget water, as training sessions can be intense!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us accommodate other athletes and manage session times efficiently. Please reference our booking policy for more information.
  • What is the difference between individual and group training?
    Individual training offers one-on-one focus on the athlete’s specific needs, while group training allows players to work together, benefiting from drills that involve game-like scenarios and teamwork. Both options provide intensive skill development but vary in focus and athlete interaction.
  • What are the session rates?
    Rates vary based on the type of session, whether individual or group training, goalie or field players. We also offer discounted pricing packages for athletes committing to multiple sessions, making it easier to continue high-level development over time. For specific rate information, please reach out directly or check out our pricing packages.
  • Are there sessions for younger or beginner-level players?
    Yes, we offer youth training sessions specifically designed for younger or less experienced players. Every session is tailored to the group’s experience level, making our training flexible enough to accommodate and challenge players of all levels.
  • What types of training sessions do you offer?
    We provide individual training, small group training (up to six players), as well as private and group training for lacrosse goalies. Our sessions cater to different skill levels, ensuring focused, high-level instruction and technical improvement for each athlete.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
