Thank you for choosing Taylor Moreno Lacrosse Training. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for our individual and group sessions, packages, and memberships.​

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your individual or group session up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $50 fee.

 

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled session and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, a $50 fee will apply, and the session will be considered used.

 

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals.

​Refund Policy: Packages are non-refundable unless you cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds for unused sessions in a package are not available.

Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule a session, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability. Note that rescheduling may be subject to the same cancellation terms as outlined above.

Recurring Membership: All membership packages are recurring and will automatically renew once all included sessions are used. The renewal will occur on the same date each month or year, depending on the package selected.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your membership, you must contact us at least 30 days before your next scheduled renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for any unused sessions or partial months once the renewal has occurred.

Cancellation by the Participant

​

  • Request for Refund: To request a refund, participants must contact us at [Email Address] or [Phone Number] as soon as possible. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within [7] business days of receiving a valid refund request.

  • Refund Amount:

    • More than 14 Days Before Start Date: Participants who cancel more than 14 days before the start date of the camp or clinic are eligible for a full refund.

    • 7-14 Days Before Start Date: Participants who cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start date will receive a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee

    • Less than 7 Days Before Start Date: Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.

 

Cancellation by Us

  • Reasons for Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel camps, clinics, or other services due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Full Refund: If we cancel a program, participants will receive a full refund for the amount paid, or an option to transfer to a future program or service, if available.

 

Transfer Policy

  • Transfer Requests: Participants may request to transfer their registration to another camp or clinic within the same season or year. Transfer requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

  • Transfer Fees: A transfer fee of $20 may apply.

 

Refunds for Special Circumstances

  • Medical Emergencies: Refunds due to medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A medical certificate may be required to process such refunds.

  • Other Exceptions: Any other refund requests due to special circumstances will be reviewed individually and handled at our discretion.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.​
