We offer training for athletes from 5th grade through collegiate level, across all positions. Open group sessions are available to players in 5th grade and up, while private and group training is customized by age and ability.
Within a private group, athletes train in either:

Private (1-on-1): Fully personalized training for individual goals.

Semi-Private (2–4 players): Personalized training in a small, focused setting.

Small Group (5+ players): Skill-based training with individual adjustments.

These services train weekly with a seasonal commitment for long-term progression.
Open Group Training is for drop-in sessions by position (offense, defense, midfield, goalie). These are one-off opportunities that focus on general skill development and do not require a seasonal commitment.

Yes—if there's a pre-existing group that matches your age, position, and skill level. If there isn’t, you’ll need to coordinate your own group to participate in private group training.
Yes—for Private Group Training, we require a seasonal commitment. This ensures players benefit from consistent, progressive programming and skill development over time.
We recommend Open Group sessions for athletes needing more flexibility. These options allow for high-level development without long-term scheduling.
We offer Single Sessions, 4-Packs, and 8-Packs at discounted rates. These packages apply across private, semi-private, and small group formats. Packages must be used within a specified period (typically a season).
Training takes place in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas. Specific locations will be shared during booking.
Yes! Our Virtual Lacrosse Training program offers monthly personalized programming, video feedback, and consults—no matter where you're located.
A phone or camera for filming, internet access, and some basic equipment or training space. We’ll work with what you have and can also recommend gear if needed.
For new clients, complete our Training Form to get started. From there, we’ll reach out to match you with the right format, schedule your session(s), and get you set up for success.
Yes—for qualified athletes. Services include highlight film review, college mapping, outreach assistance, and letters of recommendation. These offerings are provided selectively based on our knowledge of the athlete’s abilities and character.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session, depending on the situation.
