Please be aware that all registrations for the clinic are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the event.

If you are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you may request a partial refund. A $50 processing fee will be applied to cover administrative costs. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the clinic.​​

Registrations are non-transferable. If you cannot attend, the registration cannot be transferred to another individual.​​

For insurance purposes, all participants must provide a valid USA Lacrosse membership number during registration. Your membership must be current and active to participate in the clinic. Please ensure your membership is valid before completing your registration.​​

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the clinic, we will notify you promptly. If the clinic is rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If a cancellation occurs and a rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.​​​​​

For the safety of all participants, we ask that you do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illnesses. Please follow all health guidelines and protocols during the event.​​​​

We expect all participants to behave respectfully and professionally. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the clinic without a refund.

By participating in the clinic, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sports activities. You agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, coaches, and affiliated personnel from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation.
