BOOKING SERVICE POLICY

Thank you for choosing our services. Please review our booking and cancellation policy carefully:

 

Cancellation Policy

​

Individual and Group Sessions: You may cancel your individual or group session up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $50 fee.

 

Package Refunds

​

Package Purchases: Packages are non-refundable unless you cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds for unused sessions in a package are not available.

 

Rescheduling

​

To reschedule a session, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability. Note that rescheduling may be subject to the same cancellation terms as outlined above.

 

No-Show Policy

​

If you do not show up for a scheduled session and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, the $50 fee will apply, and the session will be considered used.

 

Late Arrivals

​

Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals.

 

Changes to Policy

​

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website.
